Randy Decker has over 35 years of industry experience as a Registered Cargo Tank Inspector, ASME R-stamp Welder, and ASE Master Technician. He previously held the positions of Shop Foreman and Director of Maintenance and has received multiple industry awards for excellence. He is credited with completing hundreds of cargo tank inspections and conducting Cargo Tank Registered Inspector training throughout the United States, and is known as a subject matter expert within the cargo tank community.

Carlos (Sauce) Saucedo has over 23 years of investigative, enforcement, and operations management experience across federal and state roadside, investigative, and enforcement programs, including the Department of Transportation, FMCSA, and international law enforcement. He served as a Special Agent and a Master Associate instructor for the FMCSA National Training Center, and prior to joining FMCSA he spent more than 20 years in the industry as a driver, dispatcher, terminal manager, and regional manager for trucking companies focused on transporting hazardous materials.
